Come and enjoy our 2 bedroom at Lazy Z Cottage located on 4 acres just off MM 8. Located at the back of a quiet cove there is plenty of room to kick back, relax and enjoy spectacular views of Lake of the Ozarks. Entertain outdoors and enjoy the sun, read a book, gather around the fire pit, go fishing, swimming or a cruise around the cove. Launch your boat on our private boat ramp and park on the side of dock. If you don't have a boat and thinking of renting. There are many marinas here at the Lake of the Ozarks to rent from.
Lazy Z Cottage sleeps 6 and is furnished with new plush queen Serta mattresses for a great night’s sleep! The living room has a new comfortable sleeper sofa, chairs and 40 " Smart TV with Wifi . The kitchen is fully stocked with a nice dining table, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, as well as an outdoor gas grill. All you have to do is go grocery shopping!
Close by boaters will find the Big Thunder Marina very handy with a newly reopened gas dock and C-store, boat and jet ski rentals, as well as boat launch ramp. Call the marina at 573-207-0773. The number for boat or jet ski rentals is 573-365-4001. Millstone Marina with great C-store and gas docks featuring ethanol free 87, high octane 93 and diesel. Get the fuel you need at a price you want to pay. There are many restaurants and bars with live entertainment on this side of the lake. Osage Beach is about a 25 minute drive from our house and there is a very large outlet mall for Shopping options in addition to the many shops located in Laurie. On the way to Osage Beach is the Big Surf Water Park offering a wave pool, lazy river and numerous other water attractions. One of our favorite restaurants in Laurie is LaCantina which has great Mexican food as well as a spectacular lake view from inside the restaurant. If you don't have or rent a boat for your stay, the Playin Hooky Water Taxi based out of Millstone Lodge is a Pontoon Boat that offers transportation to restaurants and bars on the Lake. Summary: Great location!! On a quiet cove yet close to stores & restaurants. When we were there is was very hot but the AC worked great. The cabin was clean, nicely decorated, had comfy beds. They had everything you need in the kitchen & to grill out. The outside area was huge! We enjoyed kayaking & swimming off the dock. Michelle, the host, was very pleasant & responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: This cottage is the perfect place if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway. Located at the end of a cove, it is great for swimming, paddle boarding, and generally just getting away from it all. The house is very well stocked with kitchen items, bedding, laundry supplies, and tons of water toys including kayaks. All you need for your vacation is just yourself! Michelle was extremely attentive and communicative. We look forward to coming back!

Summary: Michelle was great with communication!! Cute little cabin. Was really nice having a private boat launch and dock available. Drive way can be a little tricky. Comfortable beds and nice hot shower. Get restaurants close by. Chances R Restaurant for breakfast was spot on. Rocky Top Bar and Grill was fun! Great pub food and friendly service.

Summary: My husband, myself, son, daughter-in-law, grandson and fur baby stayed and had a great time. Grandson and kids practically lived in the lake and played with all of the lake toys the owners allowed us to borrow. My husband sat at the lake and fished the entire time. Fur baby chased chipmunks the whole weekend. Fed the fish also. I relaxed and played also. Couldn't have been happier!!! All of us loved it and grandson asked to stay and didn't want to leave. Great communication with owners at all times and they checked on us to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed.

Summary: The cabin was absolutely perfect, very well kept, perfect location right on the water with your own boat launch and dock. The drive way was a little tricky but we got it. Lots of near by places to drive your boat to. There is everything you could think of needing stocked in the cabin. Ice machine was a big plus. Im pretty particular on beds and bedding, they were very nice. Our dogs loved the lake, the side fence was really nice so they couldn't go bother the neighbors, although they were too tired to anyway with all the swimming. Michelle was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
